Courtni was born and raised in Los Angeles and is a proud graduate of Chapman University, where she earned her BFA in Dance Performance with a minor in Psychology. Following several years of dancing professionally after college, Courtni transitioned into talent representation, where she has spent nearly four years as an agent. Her experience both on stage and behind the scenes has shaped her passion for supporting artists and nurturing creativity. She is thrilled to now be part of Clear Talent Group as the Associate Director of Creative and Choreography, and looks forward to contributing her energy and expertise alongside this wonderful team.
