Adiagha Faizah

Adiagha Faizah is a Barrymore award-winning actress, voiceover artist and playwright from Brooklyn, formally trained through The Studio Act, Negro Ensemble Company, The Barrow Group and Susan Batson Studio. She is an intense, unapologetic dramatic actor with fluid and easily accessible emotional sensitivities coupled with a good sense of comedic timing.

Theatre credits: Lambs to Slaughter, August Wilson’s Radio Golf, Little Rock, Black Wall Street, Fannie Lou, The Exonerated, Crowns, and Little Shop of Horrors. 

Recent TV/Film credits: "Blue Bloods" (CBS), "Law and Order: SVU" (NBC), "FBI: Most Wanted" (CBS), BET's digital series, "Brooklyn. Blue. Sky." and "Absent". 

Voiceover credits: FDR Presidential Library‘s film, "Everyone Has the Right" (official selection of the New York Animation Film Awards) and audiobook, "Believe Me: How Trusting Women Can Change the World" (Hachette Book Group). 

Adiagha is the Visionary Founder of TheBlackHERthePen™, a multidisciplinary writers collective for womxn of color. Her first play, Basic Black, was featured by Strand Theater Company, produced by Manhattan Repertory Theatre/MoorethanEnuff and selected by Classical Theatre of Harlem (Playwrights' Playground Series).
