Ari Groover

Ari Grooves (born Ariana Groover) is a multidisciplinary artist, DJ, producer, and Broadway performer redefining the creative landscape from NYC to beyond. A proud "ATLean," Ari has starred in acclaimed productions such as Holler If Ya Hear Me, Head Over Heels, Bare: The Musical, and Little Shop of Horrors, where her performance as Ronnette earned her a 2020 Lucille Lortel nomination for Best Featured Actress. She starred as the titular role in Tina: The Tina Turner Musical, on Broadway and on the national tour.
Beyond the stage, Ari is a dynamic force in NYC’s music scene. As a DJ and co-founder of S.N.O.B. (Sunday Night On Broadway), she curates spaces for Broadway and creative communities to connect through sound and culture. Her DJ sets have energized venues including The Delancey, Soho House NYC, Harlem Nights Bar, and the 75th Annual Tony Awards After Party Gala.
Ari’s debut album, Message From a Wanderer, is a self-produced Afrofuturistic concept project blending Sci-Fi, soul, and storytelling— a flashback to a dystopian 2020 exploring transformation through adversity. She continues to produce original music and remixes, including her celebrated 2021 remix of Kyle Taylor Parker’s I Got Love for Pride.
