Cornelius is a Sierra Leonean-American born in London, where he started his career as a classically trained actor and professional singer. His work is wide and varied, from his earlier work in the Danny Boyle directed feature MILLIONS, to his leading performance in the independent feature PATIENT 17, which won the Best Sci-Fi/Horror Feature at the London Independent Film Festival; series regular roles in SPELLBOUND on Hulu & the limited series KINGMAKERS; guest starring turns in Dan Fogelman’s recent Hulu hit and Sterling K Brown/James Marsden starrer PARADISE, Julie Plec's VAMPIRE ACADEMY for Peacock/ NBCUniversal,  Netflix/BBC series FATHER BROWN and the limited series COLLISION; as well as many leading/supporting roles in major theatre productions all over the world, including One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest with Christian Slater in the London’s West End, Antony & Cleopatra with Kim Catrall and The Conquest of Happiness with famed Bosnian theatre auteur, Haris Pašovic. As a singer, he has provided backing vocals for some of the world's most successful artists, either in the studio, on tour, or during personal appearances, including Madonna, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Blur, Tom Jones, Van Morrison, Ray Davies of The Kinks, Elton John and the late, great Jessye Norman.
