Born in Munich, Germany to an actor and an opera singer Daniel was raised between Israel and Spain before settling in Los Angeles at a young age. No matter how hard he tried (he didn’t) it was inevitable that would follow in his parents footsteps and find his way to the proverbial and literal stage. Since graduating from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts with the prestigious Charles Jehlinger Award in Acting, he has gradually etched his way into the industry bringing with him his chameleon like ability to disappear into role after role. He recently garnered rave reviews for his lead performance in the film PURE O, which was featured in this years Narrative Feature Competition at the SXSW Film Festival.

His previous TV/Film work includes: IFC Films’ BAR FIGHT! with Rachel Bloom and Melissa Fumero, Starz’s COUNTERPART, Crackle’s STARTUP, A24’s 20TH CENTURY WOMAN with Greta Gerwig, and Columbia/Sony Pictures’ FURY with Brad Pitt. On stage, he appeared in the West Coast Premiere of Finks opposite French Stewart (Rogue Machine Theatre), Viral by Mac Rogers (Bootleg Theater), Romeo & Juliet (Hollywood Fringe), As You Like it, The Crucible, Macbeth with the Antaeus Theater Company and Off-Broadway in Mayakovsky & Stalin at the Cherry Lane Theatre.
