Mason Trueblood

Coming from Bakersfield, California, Mason received the majority of his training from Civic Dance Center under the direction of Cindy Trueblood. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Media Studies from the University of California: Irvine. He’s studied with Donald McKayle, Jodie Gates, Loretta Livingston, Tong Wang, and Patrick Corbin. He’s toured the world with the international revival of the Broadway hit Bring it On: The Musical (choreographed & directed by Andy Blankenbuehler), and played some of the largest stadiums and arenas (including the Hollywood Bowl & The London 02 Arena.) under the direction of Michael Rooney, with The Muppets! Other Credits include: Dear White People, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Hairspray Live, Glee, 2 Broke Girls, Switched at Birth, Girlboss, Back to the 90s, Best Friendʼs Whenever, Disney’s Shake it Up, 1 Chance 2 Dance, Valley Girl, Girlfriendʼs Day.
