RECENT BOOKINGS: NEMESIS (Recurring, Netflix), CHIEF OF WAR (Series Regular, AppleTV+)


Siua Ikale'o is an actor of Polynesian descent who made his television debut in 2022 with a guest star appearance on NCIS: HAWAI'I as hitman Ricky Sio.


Currently streaming on Apple TV+, CHIEF OF WAR marks a breakout role for Siua who plays the fearless Hawaiian warrior ‘Nāhi’, & the youngest brother of Ka’iana (Jason Momoa). 


Siua has been named along with the cast of Chief of War as winners of the Best Ensemble Cast award for the 2026 Film Independent Spirit Award.


To prepare for his role, Siua underwent immersive training in conversational Hawaiian (‘Ōlelo Hawai’i), sailing a traditional Wa’a canoe, Hawaiian martial art Lua, and stunt choreography.


He is also set to star in Netflix’s upcoming crime drama NEMESIS, created by Courtney A. Kemp and Tani Marole. The series, described as an action-heist drama set and filmed in Los Angeles.


Born in California and raised in the island Kingdom of Tonga, Siua is fluent in Lea Faka-Tonga (Tongan Language) and deeply rooted in Polynesian culture. He also trained in Tongan traditional dance, embracing the region’s storytelling arts.


A multi-talented performer, Siua excelled in athletics, including rugby, shot put, discus, and javelin, and was active in the music department, singing baritone/bass in an a cappella group and playing trombone in the brass band. It was during a small school play that he discovered his passion for acting.


After returning to the U.S. in 2007, he began pursuing acting more seriously, volunteering in short films produced by the Academy of Arts in San Francisco and Expressions Digital Arts in Emeryville, CA. In 2017–2018 and again in 2022, Siua studied under Nancy Berwid at the First Take Acting Program, further sharpening his craft
