Raised in Southern California, Tre Hale has had a love for film and television for as long as he can remember.  He found his passion for acting while studying theater at UCLA. During his time there, Tre also played on the Bruins football team for five years. This only contributed to his love of performance, expression and the intensity he brings to his work.

Tre’s attitude and physique have helped garner him roles in television projects such as MAGNUM P.I., NCIS: LA, SHAMELESS and SUPERIOR DONUTS, and features like NATIONAL CHAMPIONS (STX) starring Uzo Aduba, Timothy Olyphant & J.K. Simmons, LOVE AND MONSTERS (Paramount) with Dylan O'Brien, and the award-winning indie OH LUCY!  But don’t be fooled; this imposing man is also a big teddy bear with an incredible knack for comedy which helped land him his breakout role as a Series Regular on the hit Apple+ series PLATONIC from Nick Stoller where he gets to play opposite Seth Rogan and Rose Byrne.  Tre can also be seen recurring on CW’s hit show ALL-AMERICAN.
